There are 5 main prizes and 50 runners up prizes to be won .The main
prize comprises of 1 Debt Elimination Package per person (as per our
agreement and terms and conditions) to cover up to 3 qualifying debts as follows
(A-H). There are 50 runners up prizes 25 of £25 vouchers and 25 of £50 that
can only be used as part of the payment for any one Debt elimination
package.
a) Initial, confidential talk to review your situation and discussion
of a Detonate solution.
b) Initial audit to examine if it may be appropriate and that that
the debt (s) may qualify.
c) We, with your permission, request the necessary information,
agreement etc from the lender or creditor (As soon as possible after
receiving your agreement and cleared funds).
d) You sign and agree to the terms and conditions of our standard
agreement - if you decide to proceed.
e) We receive the required information from the lender or creditor
(this can take up to approximately 44 days).
f) We examine the agreement(s) and information and pass and refer to
a specialist solicitor. You can, of course, at this stage choose your own
solicitor.
g) The solicitor examines and audits the agreement and studies the
information.
h) The solicitor advises you as to the outcome and way forward and if
he can challenge the agreement and make a claim approx 14-21. Usually this
is by using a conditional fee agreement’ usually known as a ‘No win, No
fee’ arrangement. This means that your solicitor does not seek any costs
from you if the claim is successful or unsuccessful as these are recovered
for Bank or other party.
The Detonate Ltd service provided in this agreement is based on our
understanding, practice of current law and alleged creditors action and
procedures, which can be subject to change in the future. Whilst every

as a result of using this service. Time shall not be of the essence in
performance of our service and you understand that it may be advisable to
have other arrangements in place if any line of credit is withdrawn.
The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid
entries received and will be notified by email or phone within 72 hours of
the actual draw date. The Judges decision is final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
