Information the Banks don’t want you to know

Now includes email support to help answer any of your questions, worries and queries.
This is included up to the time the solicitor advises you.
7.
We receive the required information from the lender or creditor  (this can take up to approximately 44 days)
8.
We examine the agreement and information and pass and refer to a specialist solicitor. You can, of course, at this stage choose your own solicitor.
9.
The solicitor examines and audits the agreement and studies the information.
10.
The solicitor advises you as to the outcome and way forward and if he can challenge the agreement and make a claim approx 14 –21 days. Usually this is by using a ‘conditional fee agreement’ usually known as a ‘No win, No fee’ arrangement. This means that your solicitor does not seek any costs from you if the claim is successful or unsuccessful as these are recovered for Bank or other party.
