The solicitor examines and audits the agreement and studies the information. |

The solicitor advises you as to the outcome and way forward and if he can challenge the agreement and make a claim approx 14 –21 days. Usually this is by using a ‘conditional fee agreement’ usually known as a ‘No win, No fee’ arrangement. This means that your solicitor does not seek any costs from you if the claim is successful or unsuccessful as these are recovered for Bank or other party. |
